Nestled along the North Coast, Prince’s Grant Golf Estate required a reliable and efficient water treatment solution to meet the growing demand for high-quality potable water.
The estate approached Marlin Technologies Group (MTG) to upgrade its existing water treatment plant and ensure consistent delivery of safe, clean drinking water to residents.
Project Overview
MTG designed and implemented a customised water treatment system based on detailed water analysis from four on-site boreholes and the client’s specific operational requirements.
The upgraded system includes:
- Three 10,000-litre raw water storage tanks
- A Helix 3 booster pump to drive water through the treatment process
- Three 621L AFM filter vessels for effective sediment removal
- Dual bag filtration units for additional particulate removal
- Dual 621L activated carbon filter vessels for polishing and improving water taste and odour
- Chlorination system for disinfection and elimination of harmful bacteria
- Two reservoir tanks for storing treated water
The system is capable of processing 15,000 to 25 000 litres of water per hour, ensuring a steady and reliable supply.
In addition, MTG upgraded the borehole operations from manual control to a fully automated system, improving efficiency and reducing operational risks.
Results & Benefits
Safe, high-quality drinking water
Residents now enjoy water that meets required quality standards, improving health and overall living conditions.
